Early Thanksgiving

Since Taylor works 55+ hours a week,  we had an early Thanksgiving dinner!  We were able to see ALL of our family which was so nice and relaxing.  Friday  Night we had a dinner with my entire side of the family, including NANNY!  On Saturday,  we ceebrated Thanksgiving with Taylor's parents and then saw the movie Unstoppable after.  Go see it!  It was so much fun seeing all of our families (not to mention Max too!). It definitely recharged our batteries!

Intrasquad

This last Friday we had an intrasquad in the gym!  It was nice to feel the jitters of competing again.  After the meet we had a sleepover fundraiser for the kids of Cedar City.  It was fun playing with them and feeling like a kid again.  Made for one tired Saturday though! :)  I cant wait for season and getting to see all the fans!! We have another mock meet Tuesday at 2 in the gym :) anyone can attend!   Here are two videos from Friday.

Gymnastics Update

I figured this blog would be a good way to keep people update on gymnastics things!  Here is our latest video from last week.  Go birds!

Halloween

This last weekend was Halloween.  Unfortunately Taylor had to work all weekend.  Since he was working, I stayed with Lauren until Saturday.  Friday afternoon we got all dressed up for practice.  Scott was Dracula and played the part so well! Jeff and Owen were Mario and Luigi and were hilarious! Me and Lauren dressed up as cowgirls for workout.  Later that night, the annual Howl Halloween Dance took place.  Me and Taylor love watching the crazy Jersey Shore.  So, I decided to be Snooki from the Jersey Shore.  I got into full character!  Bronzer, dark makeup, big hair poof, black dress, and heels galore.  It was so much fun dancing with my girls and not having a care in the world! Made for one tired Saturday though!

This video link showcases why exactly i love my team and coaches!!  We always have each other to laugh with!
